1. Online Course Enrollments / Digital Content
All payments made for online courses, study material downloads, test series, or any other digital products on our platform are non-refundable.
Since the content is delivered instantly and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer cancellations or refunds under any circumstances, including:

Personal inconvenience

Device compatibility issues

Not completing or attending the course
2. Cancellation Policy for Offline Classes (if applicable)
For offline or in-person classroom programs:

You may request cancellation within 3 days of payment, provided the classes have not started.

If approved, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

No refund or cancellation will be accepted after classes begin.
3. Rescheduling and Batch Transfer
If you are unable to attend a scheduled batch:

You may request to reschedule or transfer to another batch (subject to availability and admin approval).

No refund is provided for such rescheduling requests.
4. Payment Disputes
In case of any payment failure or double transaction, please email us at ncscias01.com with proof.
If verified, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
